Solo Shark Cage Diving at Guadalupe Island, Mexico
Have you planned this year’s solo scuba diving adventure yet? Join us on America’s Shark Boat where solo divers are welcome!
Shark cage diving has long been thought of as a group diving sport and not solo diver friendly. Yet, thanks to a few specialized shark boats, over the last decade solo shark divers have begun to explore safe shark cage diving adventures. Shark diving with professionals not only introduces a next generation of scuba divers to what an amazing place the underwater world is, but solo divers are making a difference to our oceans and the sharks that live it in. Who said shark divers couldn’t be solo?
Shark Cage Diving at Guadalupe Island
At Guadalupe Island America’s Shark Boat created a cage diving operation that caters to solo divers. Shark cage diving is a sport that is often thought to be dangerous or appealing just to dive groups and charters, but we have seen an influx of solo adventure divers over the last decade at Guadalupe. Solo divers love to shark dive. Solo divers love exploring new adventures, meeting new friends, and have discovered that stepping out of their comfort zone is liberating and, when face to face with a great white shark, almost addictive. To ensure they have a great time vessels like the MV Horizon have created operations that focus on safety and experience with over 18 years of operational know how with surface cages supplied by dedicated air systems.
