Cage Diving With Great White Sharks California and Mexico
Shark cage diving with great white sharks is on every divers bucket list. For US divers there’s only one location to cage diving with great whites and that’s the location we priorred 21 years ago – Guadalupe Island.
At Guadalupe you will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to cage dive with great whites in the seasonal Aug-December marine habitat and hunting grounds of 10-18 foot great whites. Travel with America’s Shark Boat to the crystal clear waters of Isla Guadalupe, Mexico this season. Isla Guadalupe is considered the best place on the whole planet to view great white sharks. You’ll spend three adrenaline-filled days cage diving in multiple shark cages open to both certified divers and non-divers.
Cage Diving With Great Whites in California, Farallones
The Farallon Islands within the Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary are home to some of the world’s largest great white sharks and while a few operators claim success here the track record for seeing sharks is dismal at best. Before you consider this location read the shark diving reviews from divers who have spent $1000’s and come away disappointed at best.
Cage Diving With Great Whites
When cage diving with great white sharks, two surprising facts about them come to light; they have blue eyes and their colour varies from dark to pale grey and shades of bronze. They are often heavily scarred with scratches from encounters with seals, or occasionally orca. Some females also have bite scars, obtained from male sharks during mating at Guadalupe. It is this diversity of coloration and scars, plus their different sizes, that allow divers to recognise individual sharks. Book your Guadalupe cage diving adventure today!
